Hot And Sour Soup With Shrimp
Thai Name: (Tom Yum Goong)
Ingredients:
2 cups Water
4 tbsp. Fish sauce
6 oz. of Shrimp, wash and peel
2 Kaffir Leafs (lime leafs)
2 Thai chili peppers
3 - 4 stems of fresh coriander
1 stalk of lemon grass. Sliced thin
6 tbsp. Fresh lime juice
Serves: 3 people
Thai Mousse
Thai Name: (Hor Mok Pla>
Ingredients:
16 oz. coconut milk
1 - 2 pieces of white fish. (Grounded)
2 tbsp. Red curry paste
1 oz. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Fish sauce
1 - 2 Kaffir leafs. Finely chopped
½ cup sweet basil leafs
Serves: 3 people
Vegetable and Tofu Soup
Ingredients:
¼ cup Cabbage
¼ cup Carrots
Other vegetables you desire
Chop into bite size pieces
1 box of Soft tofu
1 tbsp. Light soy sauce
4 cups of vegetable stock
*Vegetable stock:
2 whole Chinese radish
1 whole celery stalk
1 brown onion
2 - 3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. Salt
5 cups of water
Put all the ingredient together and bring it to boil. Add vegetables and cook until soft.
Vegetable curry
Ingredients:
16 oz. coconut milk
4 oz. water
2 tbsp red curry paste
2 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp. Salt
1 ½ cup of vegetables. Cut into bite size pieces
1 kaffir leaf
½ cup of vegetable stock*
Stir-Fried Vegetables
Ingredients:
¼ cauliflower (Cut into chunks)
¼ cup cabbage (Cut into large slices)
½ Add any other vegetables you like
2 tbsp. light soy sauce
½ tsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. finely chopped garlic
¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ tsp. Ground white pepper
